I've spent more than a decade building Artist Shops at Threadless from a blank page into a global creator commerce platform with 100k+ shops, plus the systems, partnerships, and team structures that kept it running.
What I care about most is the sustainable seam between a product and the team building it. The work I'm proudest of lives where product strategy and operating reality have voices in the same conversation.
I'm especially drawn to roles where the problem is genuinely hard, where technology, operations, and human workflows are tangled together, and where being thoughtful actually matters. I'm at my best when the stakes are real, the problems aren't simple, and the team crafting the solution is intrinsically invested in the best outcome possible.
And on the other side of the desk — a quieter practice.
