In the Eye...
Me: I think I'll get a gun when I move to Boulder. Any ideas what I should get?
Ryan: Yeah, get something big like a .45.
Me: When we hiked around in the mountains I just had a .22.
Ryan: That's not gonna do anything to a bear.
Me: I just had it for the sound, bears hate loud noise.
Ryan: Yeah, but a .22 isn't gonna do anything to a bear.
Mom: Not unless you shot him in the eye.

Monday Morning
For the last two years I’ve gotten up on Monday morning and gone to the same office on 54th St. I’ve often begrudgingly dragged my sorry ass up the stairs to check the pressure in my bike tires, sleep still in my eyes.

So Friday was my last day at Spaeth Design, other than two return trips to NYC for installations.
Saturday night was our farewell party, roughly 60 cats came out to say goodbye, it was a wonderful evening.
Now the whole fam damily is coming out Tuesday so that should be fun.
Then it’s a trip to the ocean for some fireworks.
Then, West.
Dude...
Walter Sobchak: He lives in North Hollywood on Radford, near the In-and-Out Burger...
The Dude: The In-and-Out Burger is on Camrose.
Walter Sobchak: Near the In-and-Out Burger...
Donny: Those are good burgers, Walter.
Walter Sobchak: Shut the fuck up, Donny.
